Terms of warranty service.The electric bike is supplied partially assembled. This means that the client must make the final assembly and configuration on his own. Please make sure that you have enough knowledge and tools to make the final assembly and tuning of the electric bike. We provide a guarantee for the absence of factory defects for 14 months from the date of dispatch of the goods. The warranty covers all electronic components of the electric bike. In the event of a malfunction, the customer must, on his own, detect the defective part and provide a video with evidence to replace it. We do not provide maintenance or repair services for electric bikes. Warranty service means only the free replacement of a defective part within 12 months. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage or damage resulting from improper use. The electric bike is intended for personal use. The use of the electric bike for commercial purposes or for extreme riding is not provided. Moneyback, refund or return of the e-bike is not provided.
